Zhejiang Huangyan Jiangxin Forging Co., Ltd.

Zhejiang Huangyan Jiangxin Forging Co., Ltd., located in the "Mold Town" of Huangyan, Taizhou City, Zhejiang, was founded in 1995. We are an executive member of Confederation of Chinese Metal Forming Industry and the technical partner of Beijing Research Institute of Mechanical & Electrical Technology. At present, our company has a strong team consisting of technicians and management staff including 128 administrative personnel and 650 employees. Our factory covers an area of 65,000 square meters, with fixed assets of RMB120 million and yearly output value exceeding RMB180 million. We mainly produce steel forging parts for the applications in automobiles, motorcycles, general-purpose vehicles and hardware rigging with the weight ranging from 0.1 to 20kg, and the dimensional precision up to the requirements of GB/T 12363-90. As customers' requests, we produce the products complying with Quality Standard EN10243-1, Quality Standard 1999 Level E, HUSQVARNA Quality Standard and VDA related quality certificates. We have constantly renovated our equipment to contribute to current production facilities consisting of 38 production lines equipped with J55 series high power screw press, FP series hot die forging press and J53 series friction press, in addition to intermediate frequency furnaces for the heating of blanks with induction heating technology, automatic roll forging machines and taper/cross rolling machines for producing blanks, RCW series mesh belt furnaces for heat treatment, SPECTRD direct reading spectrometers, metallurgical microscopes, and three-dimensional numerical measuring machines amongst other physical/chemical inspection instruments to ensure that the whole procedure is under control and compliance with the procedure document of quality control system. The catalogues of our products: crankshafts and connecting rods for motorbikes and generators, hardware rigging, and mini type precision forging parts for gardening and engineering machines with high quality up to the similar products abroad, advanced crankshaft equipment, and top-ranking physical/chemical inspection instruments. We have already provided precise small crankshaft forgings, scissors and forgings to Europe and America. Furthermore, the four new crankshafts, connecting rods and poised axles with 650cc and 700cc for great power motorcycles have been finalized to mould, directly fulfilling the needs of domestic joint ventures. Our company has been investing fund in setting up a research and development center, providing innovative power for the ever-lasting development.
